1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, accessing the Sylense platform (sylense.in), or provisioning any Minecraft game server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
2. Description of Service
Sylense provides dedicated Minecraft server hosting infrastructure, including containerized game environments running on high-frequency compute clusters in India. Services include automated deployment, Sylense control panel access, SFTP file management, automated backups, and network protection.
3. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify Sylense of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Billing, Invoicing, and Renewals
All service plans (Forge, Vector, Surge) are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly recurring cycle. Payments are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR) through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay. Invoices are generated upon order creation and must be settled to provision or sustain server instances.
5. 72-Hour Full Refund Policy
New server orders are backed by an unconditional 72-hour full refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your server performance or experience, you may request a complete refund within 72 hours of initial purchase through our support desk. Full terms are outlined in our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
Servers must be utilized exclusively for Minecraft server operations. The execution of cryptocurrency miners, unauthorized port scanners, outbound denial-of-service attacks, torrent nodes, or malicious scripts is strictly prohibited and results in immediate termination without refund.
7. Service Availability and SLA
Sylense strives to maintain a 99.9% network and infrastructure availability target. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Service credits for qualifying unscheduled downtime are governed by our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
8. Mojang & Minecraft Brand Notice
Not an official Minecraft product. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Sylense operates as an independent infrastructure provider complying with Mojang commercial guidelines.
